ACleveland headshotThe KLA Team is beyond excited to welcome Angela Cleveland as Director of Client Services.

Our CEO Kim Lundgren, who has worked with Angie at both VHB and ICLEI-Local Governments for Sustainability, had this to say: "We are thrilled to have Angie on board to help take KLA and our services to our clients to the next level. We have experienced significant growth over the past 18 months and are confident that Angie will be instrumental in ensuring that we can continue to deliver quality services and products to all our clients working to create more sustainable communities."

In this role she will work directly with KLA's growing list of clients from coast-to-coast to achieve their sustainability, resilience and climate action goals.

"This couldn’t be a more strategic time to join KLA. My experience managing economic development, resilience, and housing projects, and the related community engagement processes, will allow me to enhance our services to municipalities. I can’t wait to dive in!," said Angie.

Most recently, Angie served as Senior Economic Development Planner at the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission. In recent years she has also been Senior Resiliency Planner at the BSC Group, Senior Sustainability Manager at VHB, Municipal Management Specialist at the Northern Middlesex Council of Governments, and Senior Regional Planner with the Nashua Regional Planning Commission. She is also President of the American Planning Association Massachusetts Chapter and past member of the American Planning Association Board of Directors.

Angie and colleagues joined Kim on our SAS Talk with Kim Sustainability Action Series podcast in 2017 to chat about the Lawrence, MA, health impact assessment of street trees. Listen to the episode here.

You can find Angie and other KLA team members at the APA National Planning Conference in San Francisco in April -- we'll be at our booth in the Exhibit Hall's Tech Zone!
